Thursday we had strong winds out of the SSE and it was nice and sunny. I rigged a 6.0 and was really well powered. I sailed with Art, James and a friend of his out by The House and the spoil islands. We raced around for an hour till I broke a fin in the shallows and had a struggle getting back. I put on a smaller fin and went back out. It was a great day on the water.
Friday I wasn't able to get out but the wind was up again and shifted some to the west. I could tell by the wind history that it was a lot gustier.
