The Treasure Coast spans the east coast of Florida roughly from Jupiter to Vero Beach. It derives it's name from a Spanish treasure fleet that was lost during a hurricane in 1715. Their are a lot of great windsurfing spots on the Treasure Coast but this blog focuses mainly on the Indian River from Stuart to Jensen Beach.

Front pushes through.
Sky was clear and the wind was NW and blowing straight down the river. I rigged a 6.0 and went out on my 92L synchro. I was overpowered for the first few runs and then the wind backed down some. Jerry told me he had been out on a 4.3 earlier and it was great. Water is warm and a shorty wetsuit was enough to keep warm. Ron, Ingrid, Jack and Marion are down but they didn't go out.
